Tori Allenspach

Tori is a yoga teacher and writer. She trained in Vinyasa Yoga, and has a spacious and embodied pace to her teaching. Tori enjoys embracing the facets of yoga that go beyond the poses by weaving philosophy, storytelling, and poetic speech into her classes. She believes in doing less with more intention, and that yoga is for everyone and every body. Tori has worked with yogis from ages 2-80 in public schools, mental health treatment centers, homeless shelters, and corporate offices. She believes the mat is a place to guide us in peace and trust throughout all of the ups and downs of this wildly messy and beautiful life we live.
