What to expect:

8 days, 7 nights in the Jungle paradise of Tulum. 

Full use of grounds (including pool, outdoor showers, yoga shala, and other amenities). 

2 daily vegan or vegetarian meals (breakfast & dinner) 

Daily yoga, meditation, breath work, and other workshops.

All yoga equipment provided (mats are supplied, but feel free to bring your special mat if you have one).

Surprise adventures to the beach, cenotes (swimming holes), & Mayan Ruins 

Plenty of free time to explore the spiritual heart of Mexico.

Hope Christensen (she/her)

Hope, RYT 500hr, has advanced training in Power, Yin, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. She loves connecting with others through yoga, mindfulness, and travel. Hope believes everything in the world is interconnected and that every time you step on your yoga mat, you have the opportunity to transform how you show up for life. Her classes are logically sequenced to help students experience transformation mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Mariah Palermo 

(she/her)

Mariah, E-RYT 200, has dedicated herself to the practice, study and teachings of Vinyasa, Yin and Ashtanga since discovering their benefits in 2009. With a background in gymnastics, weight training, meditation and trauma informed yoga, each of her classes is focused on gentle alignment, fluid movement, and the healing effect of the breath. Her favorite thing about teaching is learning something new from each student and creating ways to improve accessibility of yoga to her communities.
