What's Included:
Daily Yoga and Meditation: Enjoy two yoga and meditation sessions a day led by Mariah Palermo and Hope Christensen. Designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and inner peace, these sessions are perfect for all levels.
Workshops: These are focused on yoga ethics, sound healing, tai chi, energy work, divine feminine empowerment, and more.
Two Nourishing Meals Daily: Enjoy island-inspired meals at our on-site restaurant, thoughtfully crafted to accommodate dietary needs for an inclusive and delicious dining experience.
Massage: Your ticket includes one complimentary massage therapy session with Ocean Spa BVI. Floating in White Bay you will see the one of a kind floating spa with a glass bottom to enjoy the crystal blue waters as you indulge in healing body work and massage therapy.
