✧ Unlimited access to the complete class library

✧ A stress free environment to practice yoga and meditation (eliminating the intimidation factor of large group classes)
✧ An hour long 1-on-1 Zoom meeting to discuss your yoga goals! This hour can be used as you please for coaching, private yoga or meditation sessions.
✧ Recognition and achievement of progress physically, mentally, and/or spiritually
